2. Collection and Storage of Personal Data
We collect and store information entered in the configurator (address, building specifications, contact details) to process the submitted request and create an individual offer.
3. Purpose of Data Processing
Collected information is used to generate an individual heat pump proposal and to establish communication regarding the inquiry.
4. Rights of Affected Parties
Every user has the right to obtain information about stored records, to request correction, deletion, or restriction of processing. Please contact us to exercise these rights.
5. Cookies and Tracking
Our platform exclusively uses technically necessary cookies required for website operation. These cookies do not store personally identifiable information and are automatically deleted after each session ends. We do not employ marketing or tracking cookies. Analytical evaluations are conducted solely on an aggregated, anonymized basis without any reference to individual visitors.
6. Disclosure to Third Parties
Personally identifiable information is only shared with third parties when necessary for contract fulfillment or when explicit consent has been given. Our servers are located in Germany and comply with strict European privacy standards. No transfer to countries outside the EU takes place unless appropriate safeguards pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR are in place.
7. Retention Period and Deletion
Personally identifiable information is stored only as long as necessary for fulfilling the contractual purpose or as required by statutory retention periods. After expiration of these periods, stored records are routinely deleted. Configuration entries without an associated account are automatically removed after 90 days.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Inquiries
Any consent granted may be revoked at any time with effect for the future. An informal notification to info@loumi.de is sufficient for revocation. The lawfulness of processing carried out prior to revocation remains unaffected. 9. Newsletter
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address, the date of subscription, and your language preference. Subscription uses a double opt-in process: After entering your email address, you will receive a confirmation email with a verification link. Your subscription will only be activated after clicking this link. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the unsubscribe link in every newsletter email or by sending an informal notification to info@loumi.de. The lawfulness of processing already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation. After unsubscribing, your email address will no longer be used for newsletter delivery but will remain stored for documentation of your unsubscription.
